Counter Attacking the War for Talents in CRM Business

New International Traineeship Program started: „Young Talents“ – The need for qualified and ambitious employees is steadily growing. “War for Talents“ is in full swing – That is why CRM Partners proactively started its own international education concept.

Beginning of September the first „International Young Talent Program“ started within CRM Partners. The last two years the “Young Talent Program” was focusing on the Dutch office, now turning into an international concept with seven young talents in total for 2017: five in The Netherlands and two in Germany.

After an intense selection process with different interviews, tasks and assessments, Carolin and Pauline are now working in the International Young Talent Program in the German Headquarter (Eschborn, near Frankfurt). 15 ambitious training weeks with different assignments, exercises, on-the-job concepts and “Fast Track Certificates” will follow in their schedule. Even a 7-day boot camp with outdoor-activities in an international location is planned to make sure that all talents within the young new colleagues are revealed and proactively used in projects or internal exchange. A variety of university degrees within the young talent group assures a huge benefit in customer approach and team building.

Ralf Haberich, managing director at CRM Partners explains: „It is an adventure to start this program. Carolin and Pauline were selected out of more than 150 applications, so we are excited to see them grow into a consulting role and make sure we stay an attractive employer for them.” The international approach enables the young talents to switch projects, language and responsibility within the CRM Partners Group, which made the concept even more attractive to the applicants.

Janine Rohde, senior recruiter at CRM Partners AG: “We are very proud of the results we have seen in the first weeks and are certainly sure that the right fit is in place. With the general challenge in the CRM market of finding the right people with expertise, intelligence and a cultural fit we wanted to start our own concept.”

At the end of the traineeship program, the young talents will start as junior consultants in their own dedicated customer projects. Driving the market with customer engagement and CRM knowledge will be a huge career step in their early business career. The next “International Young Talent Program” will start in 2018, planning to hire eight new colleagues.
